By purchasing from BioVitals®, you agree to the terms stated herein.  


1. REFUNDS

1.1. Eligible Refunds 

Refunds (or replacements) are issued for:

  • Products that arrive damaged

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect items shipped due to our error

1.2. Non Eligible Refunds 

Not eligible for refund:

  • Opened or used products, except as provided under Section 4 (90-Day Money-Back Guarantee)

  • Customer preference or subjective dissatisfaction

  • Unauthorized returns

  • Subscription shipments outside the cancellation window

2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please inspect your items upon delivery and report any damage within 30 days.

To initiate a claim:

  1. Contact support@biovitals.com or +1 (938) 666-8339.

  2. Provide order details and photo evidence of the damage or defect.

  3. Once approved, BioVitals® will issue a replacement or refund, as appropriate.


3. EXCHANGES & RETURNS

3.1. Eligible Returns and Exchanges 

We carefully ensure every supplement meets our highest safety and quality standards before it leaves our warehouse. To maintain that same standard for all customers, returns and exchanges are available in the situations listed below.

  • Products damaged in transit

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect items shipped due to our fulfillment error

  • Subscription customers requesting a product switch for future shipments (upcoming orders)

Customers must contact Support and provide order details and photo evidence when requested.

All returns must be pre-approved before being sent back. Unauthorized returns will be refused or discarded without refund.

3.2. Exchanges Not Permitted

Exchanges are not permitted for:

  • Incorrect product selected by the customer

  • Customer preference or change of mind

  • Opened, used, or partially used supplement products

  • “Did not feel an effect” or subjective dissatisfaction

4. 90-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

At BioVitals®, customer well-being and satisfaction are our top priorities. To support first-time customers trying our supplements, we offer a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee under the following terms.


4.1. Eligibility

  • This policy applies only to first-time purchases of a minimum 3-month supply of any of our products, as customers are encouraged to use the product consistently over a period of time to evaluate their experience.

  • Does not apply to subscription orders.

  • Each customer may exercise this guarantee only once.

  • Refund requests must be made within 90 days of the delivery date.

4.2. Return Requirements

To qualify for a refund, customers must:

  1. Contact Customer Support between 60 and 90 days after delivery to initiate the refund. 

  2. Provide proof of purchase or order confirmation.

  3. Return all bottles/pouches from the purchased supply to the address provided by Customer Support. Returned bottles must include all original caps.

  4. Ship the return within 14 days from contacting Customer Support and provide the tracking number via email to support@biovitals.com immediately after dispatch.

  5. Shipping, handling, and optional shipping protection fees are non-refundable.

4.3. Verification of Product Use

To help us process refund requests, customers should follow the recommended usage instructions. As part of the review process, we may request photos of the returned bottles or pouches and ask customers to complete a short questionnaire about their product usage.


4.4. Inspection & Fraud Prevention

BioVitals® reserves the right to fully investigate claims that appear to be unfounded or fraudulent.

Refunds may be denied if:

  • Returns are incomplete, damaged, or missing seals/caps

  • Proof of purchase is not provided

  • Evidence of abuse is suspected

  • Do not meet criteria above


5. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your BioVitals® subscription through your account or by contacting Customer Support at support@biovitals.com or +1 (938) 666-8339.

Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before your next scheduled shipment. Orders already shipped or scheduled to ship within that window cannot be canceled and will be processed as planned.

To retain your subscription discount, a minimum of two deliveries is required. If you cancel before the second delivery, your initial order will be adjusted to the standard one-time purchase price, and the difference may be applied to your original payment method.

We recommend reviewing your subscription settings regularly to manage your delivery schedule and ensure satisfaction.
