Return Policy
At BioVitals™, our top priority is guaranteeing customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that some customers may want to return our products. To facilitate a seamless return and refund process, please review the following steps:

Initiate a return process within 30 days from the initial purchase date.

When returning your package, you must ensure that all products remain unopened and in their original packaging, with the protective seal undamaged. Otherwise, we will be unable to issue a refund.

Before returning the product, please notify BioVitals™ customer service regarding your decision. You can contact our customer support team at support@biovitals.com. Please note that failure to contact us before returning the product will result in forfeiture of your right to a refund.
Refund Policy Details

Refunds can take 14-21 business days to process from the day we receive the returned products.

Refunds exclude associated shipping expenses, and customers are accountable for the return shipping costs of all items.

Until the returned product reaches our warehouse, the products remain the customer's responsibility. BioVitals™ cannot be held liable for lost or stolen returns, and the customer acknowledges that we cannot issue refunds for packages that were not received.

Items purchased from unauthorized sellers will not be accepted and are ineligible for a refund.
To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned in the specified time frame and in its original packaging. Additionally, you must fill out the online return form, providing your full name, order number, and the reason for return. Please request your return via email at support@biovitals.com, including the required information.
Changes to Your Order
Orders are typically dispatched the same or the following business day, depending on when you place the order. We cannot guarantee changes once the order is submitted. However, we will try our best to accommodate modifications if the order has not yet been processed. After processing, order cancellation or alterations cannot be done.
If you detect an error in the shipping address you provided, please reach out to us at support@biovitals.com as soon as possible. After the order has been shipped, we do not claim any responsibility for shipping information errors made by the customer.
Subscription Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your BioVitals™ subscription at least 5 days before your next scheduled shipment. To cancel your subscription, contact our customer service at support@biovitals.com. Please be aware that the minimum subscription term is 2 months. Orders that have already been shipped or are scheduled to ship within 5 days cannot be canceled.
