At BioVitals®, customer well-being and satisfaction are our top priorities. We strive to guarantee your satisfaction with every purchase; however, we understand that some customers may need to return products. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return or exchange products purchased from BioVitals®.

By purchasing from BioVitals®, you agree to the terms stated herein.
1. 30-DAY RETURN & EXCHANGE GUARANTEE
Customers may exchange or return supplements within 30 days from the date of delivery. Eligible products may be exchanged for a different item.
2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Items must be unopened and in their original packaging with protective seals intact.

Products that have been opened, used, or damaged – including packaging damage due to improper handling – are not eligible for return or exchange.

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under this policy.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Opened or used supplements

Products received more than 30 days from the date of delivery

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

e-Gift cards
4. EXCHANGE PROCESS
If you need a different item, contact BioVitals® Customer Support at support@biovitals.com or call +1 (938) 666-8339. Include your Order Number and Zip Code in your email, or have them ready when calling. If you're returning multiple items, submit a single request covering all items.
To ensure a smooth exchange and refund process:

Initiate your request within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Notify BioVitals® Customer Support before returning any products. Returns sent without prior notification may not be eligible for a refund.
All returned items must remain unopened, in original packaging, with seals intact.
Once your return is received and inspected (up to 3 business days), we will send your replacement or process your refund.
5. RETURNS FOR DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please inspect your items upon delivery and report any damage within 30 days.
To initiate a claim for a damaged or defective product:

Provide your order details and photo evidence of the damage, if requested.

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.
6. REFUNDS
To request a refund, contact BioVitals® Customer Support at support@biovitals.com or +1 (938) 666-8339. You will need to complete a return form with your full name, order number, and reason for return.
To be eligible for a refund:

The product must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be unopened and in original packaging with seals intact.

Items from unauthorized sellers are not eligible.
Refunds will be processed after inspection (up to 3 business days). While most refunds are issued sooner, please allow up to 21 business days due to bank processing times or peak periods (e.g., holidays).
If your refund does not appear after this period, contact your bank. If unresolved, reach out to BioVitals® Customer Support.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method, as BioVitals® is not liable for lost, delayed, or stolen returns. Refunds cannot be issued for returns not received.
7. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your BioVitals® subscription through your account or by contacting Customer Support at support@biovitals.com or +1 (938) 666-8339.
Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before your next scheduled shipment. Orders already shipped or scheduled to ship within that window cannot be canceled and will be processed as planned.
To retain your subscription discount, you must receive at least two deliveries. If you cancel before this, your order will be treated as a one-time purchase and may be subject to standard pricing adjustments. You will still receive the discounted price on your first order, but the difference may be charged retroactively if the two-delivery minimum is not met.
We recommend reviewing your subscription settings regularly to manage your delivery schedule and ensure satisfaction.
